INFORMATION ART. 13 – EU REGULATION 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU REGULATION 2016/679, in relation to the data concerning you, we communicate the following information:

  1. Personal data and any changes that you will communicate in the future to Monitillo Marmi Srl, are collected and processed to fulfill the obligations deriving from our contractual relationship with you. In particular, they are necessary for the following purposes:
    administrative, accounting and tax management of relations with customers and suppliers
    execute existing contracts with customers and suppliers

The treatment can be performed, in addition to Monitillo Marmi Srl, by: companies, bodies or consortia which, on behalf of Monitillo Marmi, provide specific instrumental or support services, subjects to whom the right to access your personal data is recognized by provisions of law or secondary or community legislation subjects to whom the transfer of your personal data is necessary or is in any case functional to the provisions of the contractual relationship, including the recovery of unpaid credits. The data collected may also be disclosed to Monitillo Marmi Srl customers or suppliers for marketing purposes.
  4. The treatment is conducted with the use of security measures suitable to prevent unauthorized access to data by third parties and to guarantee your confidentiality (Article 32 of EU Reg. 2016/679)
  5. The provision of data by you is optional. However, in the absence of such provision, (the company) will not be able to manage the membership relationship and provide the contextual services.
  6. At the end of the service or provision of the service, personal data will be stored exclusively for historical or statistical purposes, in accordance with the law, regulations, community legislation and codes of ethics and good conduct signed pursuant to article 40 of EU Reg. 2016/679, for a period not exceeding ten years. Beyond this period, personal data will be stored anonymously, or will be destroyed.
  7. These data will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
 

The Customer declares to be aware of his rights pursuant to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, summarized below:
Right of access (Article 15)
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and information contained in the specific information.
Right of rectification (Article 16)
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.
Right of cancellation (right to be forgotten) (Article 17)
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data concerning him without undue delay and the data controller has the obligation to cancel the personal data of the data subject without undue delay, in the cases provided for by art. . 17.
Right to limit the processing (Article 18)
The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing, in one of the cases listed in Article 18.
Right to data portability (Article 20)
The interested party has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments from part of the data controller to whom he provided them, in the cases provided for in this article.
Monitillo Marmi Srl reserves the right to collect and process any data or information provided voluntarily by the interested party, for example, during events and fairs, when subscribing to newsletters or participating in market surveys.
Monitillo Marmi Srl undertakes not to modify the agreed use afterwards without the express consent of the interested party.
